- Account information: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and the organization you create.
- Business information you provide: business name, website, location, services, and similar details you enter.
- Scan data: when you run a visibility grade, we fetch your public website and public business profiles to compute your score.
- Usage data: how you interact with the product, which we use for reliability and improvement.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, generate your visibility score and recommendations, send transactional messages and reminders, process payments, and keep the platform secure.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to deliver features, including Google (Business Profile), Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and SerpApi (rankings). Accounts you connect, such as Google, are accessed only with your authorization, and access tokens are encrypted at rest.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your active organization. We do not use them to track you across other websites.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Security
