The service

VisibleIQ provides local visibility grading, rank tracking, review and receptionist tools, loyalty outreach, and ad management for local businesses. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Plans and billing

We offer a Free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

Ad management

Where you connect ad accounts, you authorize VisibleIQ to create and adjust campaigns within the budget guardrails you set. You remain responsible for your ad spend and for complying with each ad platform's policies.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software and content, belongs to Spacemen Digital Private Limited. You keep ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.

Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties such as Google, Stripe, Anthropic, and Twilio. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Visibility scores and recommendations are guidance, not guarantees of search ranking, traffic, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacemen Digital Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue to use the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
